Websites, online tools, and ongoing care for your business.

We build websites, online stores, and the tools that go with them: appointment booking, payment collection, and private login areas for your clients. We also keep your site running after launch. Below is our price list. Click any row to see what is included. If you need something that is not on the list, we can build that too. There is no way to buy from this page. Request a quote and we will send you a clear proposal with prices.

Built for businesses that need a real website, not another do-it-yourself tool.

You bring what you know about your customers. We handle the design, the build, keeping it live on the internet, and the connections that make the site useful: email, appointment booking, payment collection, and behind-the-scenes tools when the job calls for them.

If you want to build software yourself with an AI team, that is the TinyFirm subscription.

Mainely I.T.

Website for a Maine technology consulting company.

LiveIWS

Business website for LiveIWS.

Pick the website that matches where you are

Every website we build comes with everything you need to be online: it works on phones and tablets, customers can reach you through a contact form, you can see how many people visit (using free Google tools), and we set things up so Google can find your pages. Keeping your site live on the internet is included in the price. Prices below are fixed.

Website Build: Launch$1,500

A clean, professional website that puts your business online.

The right fit when you need to be online and look credible. You get a clean, fast website with one to three pages: a home page, a page about what you do, and an easy way for people to get in touch. It includes a contact form and lives on your own web address (like yourbusiness.com). We set up two free Google tools for you: one that shows how many people visit your site, and one that tells you if Google is having trouble finding your pages. We also set up page titles, short descriptions that show up in Google search results, and a list of all your pages so Google knows they exist. We keep the site live on the internet for you (that is included in the price).

Client pays directly: Your web address costs about $12 to $20 a year, billed by the company you registered it with. Nothing else.

Website Refresh$1,500

Keep what works. Lose the dated look.

If your website still has the right pages but the design feels old, a refresh gives it a modern look without rebuilding everything. We keep your page structure and rework the design, fonts, colors, images, and how it looks on phones. Then we move it onto fast, reliable internet hosting. We reconnect your free Google tools and update the page titles, Google search descriptions, and the list of pages so Google stays up to date.

Client pays directly: Your web address costs about $12 to $20 a year. Nothing else.

Website Build: Standard$3,500

The full business website, built to bring in customers.

The everyday workhorse for a business that wants to look established and turn visitors into customers. You get a five-to-seven page website with a custom layout, polished writing, and a contact form. We set up the same free Google tools (visitor counts and search health), plus the settings on every main page that help Google show your site to the right people. The whole site lives on your own web address. We keep it live on the internet for you (included in the price).

Client pays directly: Your web address costs about $12 to $20 a year. Nothing else.

Websites for nonprofits and community groups, with a system to track contacts and payments

A website for your nonprofit or community group, plus a simple system behind the scenes to keep track of contacts and payments. Credit card payments go through Stripe (the payment system that handles credit cards). Thank-you emails are sent automatically. All the records live on a private computer set up in your name, not ours, so you own everything.

Self-Hosted Mini CRM Add-On$2,500

Add the tracking system to a website you already have.

Already have a website you like? This adds a Mini CRM (a simple tool to track contacts and payments) that runs on a private computer set up in your name, not ours. It includes credit card checkout through Stripe (the payment system that handles credit cards), a record of every contact and payment in your private dashboard, and automatic thank-you emails. Same idea as the full mission package, just less rebuilding.

Client pays directly: The payment company takes a small cut from each credit card payment. No extra monthly fee from TinyFirm for the add-on itself.

Mission Site + Self-Hosted Mini CRM$4,500

A website plus a system to track contacts and payments, all owned by you.

Built for nonprofits, churches, and community groups that need a public website and a simple way to manage contacts and payments behind the scenes. You get a mission-focused website, plus a Mini CRM (a simple tool to track who contacted you and who paid). It includes credit card checkout through Stripe (the payment system that handles credit cards), a record of every payment in your private dashboard, and automatic thank-you emails. Everything runs on a private computer set up in your name, not ours. You own all the data, and it goes with you if you ever leave. This package covers a typical nonprofit or community website.

Client pays directly: The payment company takes 2.9% plus 30 cents from each credit card payment, taken out of the payment automatically. Your web address costs about $12 to $20 a year.

Mission Site + Self-Hosted Mini CRM (Premium)$6,500

More pages, more ways to track things, same ownership.

Everything in the standard package, plus more pages, custom sections, and extra ways to track things, built for how your organization works. Choose this when your website and behind-the-scenes tracking need more room than a typical mission site.

Client pays directly: Same payment fees and web address cost as Standard.

Add what your business actually needs

You can add any of these to a website we build for you, or to a site you already have. Online Payments is for collecting a few set prices (like a deposit or a service fee). E-commerce Starter is for selling multiple products with a shopping cart. Stripe Setup connects credit card payments to an online tool you already have. Resend Setup connects automatic emails (like receipts and reminders) to an app you already have.

Business Email Setup$250

Email that matches your business name.

Stop emailing customers from a personal Gmail address. We set you up with a professional email address at your own web address, like you@yourbusiness.com, and handle all the behind-the-scenes settings so it just works. If you would rather keep things simple, we can forward emails from your business address into the inbox you already use, at no monthly cost.

Client pays directly: A professional inbox through Google costs about $7 to $14 per person each month, billed by Google. The free forwarding option has no monthly cost. Our $250 covers the setup work either way.

Resend Setup$350

Make sure the emails your app sends actually reach people.

If you have a web app or online tool that needs to send emails automatically (like order receipts, appointment reminders, or password resets), we set up the email delivery system so those messages actually land in people's inboxes instead of going to spam. We test it before you go live so you know it works. Resend is the name of the email delivery service we use for this.

Client pays directly: After setup, Resend bills you on their own plan for the emails your app sends. Our $350 is the one-time setup.

Booking & Calendar Integration$400

Let customers book themselves in.

Customers pick a time and book right from your website, based on your real availability, so you never get double-booked. They get an automatic confirmation email, and so do you. It puts an end to phone tag and works for appointments, reservations, or consultations.

Client pays directly: The booking tool is free for a single calendar. If your team needs shared calendars or extra features, that costs about $15 per person each month, billed by the booking company. Our $400 is the one-time setup.

Automation Workflow$400

Put the busywork on autopilot.

This connects your website to the tools you already use so routine steps happen on their own. A new lead can drop straight into a spreadsheet, a booking can trigger a reminder text, or a form submission can send a follow-up email automatically. Each one handles one specific job. You can add more over time as you find things worth putting on autopilot.

Client pays directly: Only whatever outside service the automation actually uses. For example, sending reminder texts is billed by the texting company. A spreadsheet connection through your Google account is free. Our $400 covers each automation we set up.

Stripe Setup$450

Credit card payments connected to your app, done right.

If you already have an online tool or web app that needs to accept credit card payments, we connect it to Stripe (the payment system that handles credit cards). We set up a secure connection so your app knows instantly when a payment goes through, run a test payment to make sure everything works, and give you a checklist before you start charging real customers. This is different from Online Payments (which adds a simple payment button to a regular website) and different from E-commerce Starter (which is a full online store).

Client pays directly: Stripe takes their normal cut from each payment you process. Our $450 is the one-time setup.

Online Payments$500

Get paid right from your website.

Take payments on your website for a handful of set prices: a few service packages, a deposit to hold a booking, or donations. Customers check out on a secure, trusted payment page, so their credit card details never touch your site. This is the right fit when you are collecting a payment or two, not running a full online store.

Client pays directly: The payment company takes 2.9% plus 30 cents from each payment, taken out automatically. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee from the payment company beyond that. Our $500 is the one-time setup.

SEO Boost$750

Help more people find your business on Google.

Every website we build already includes the basics: free Google tools, page titles, Google search descriptions, and a list of your pages. SEO Boost goes further. SEO stands for "search engine optimization," which just means making it easier for people to find you when they search Google or Google Maps. We research the words your customers actually type when they look for a business like yours, adjust more of your pages around those words, set up or improve your Google Business listing, and send you a summary of everything we changed.

Client pays directly: Nothing. The tools we use are free. Our $750 is the one-time work.

Custom Logo Design$1,500

A logo you can use everywhere.

Two initial design directions, unlimited changes on the direction you pick, and finished image files you can use on your website, social media, business cards, and anywhere else. Includes a tiny icon for the browser tab. Full rights to use it however you want.

Client pays directly: Nothing beyond the $1,500 design fee.

E-commerce Starter$1,800

Sell your products online.

If you want to sell products on your website, this gives you a page where customers can browse up to about 25 items, add them to a cart, and check out. They can buy several things at once, and you get clean order details. Payments go through a secure, trusted checkout. Built so you can add more products later if your product line grows.

Client pays directly: The payment company takes 2.9% plus 30 cents from each order, taken out automatically. Our $1,800 is the one-time setup.

We keep the site running after launch

Month to month, no contract, and the site is always yours to take with you.

Building the website is a one-time cost. The Care plan is billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.

Website Care: Essentials$99/month

Keep the lights on.

For a website that mostly just needs to stay online, stay safe, and stay current. We keep it live on the internet, check that it is still up and running, save backup copies in case something breaks, install security updates to keep hackers out, and make small text or image changes (up to about 30 minutes a month). We respond within two business days.

Website Care: Growth$249/month

Keep your site looking fresh.

For businesses that update their site regularly. Everything in Essentials, plus more time for changes (about one to two hours a month for page edits, new content, and seasonal updates), a quick check on how many people are visiting, and faster response within one business day.

Website Care: Pro$499/month

A hands-on partner when your website brings in money.

For a website that is a core part of your business and changes often. Everything in Growth, plus the most hands-on time (about five hours a month), help managing products and prices if you have an online store, same-day response, and availability for small new features as they come up.

Need something that is not on the list? We build that too.

Some projects are not a simple website. We also build quoting tools, private login areas for your clients (where they sign in to see their own information), systems to manage members and money, donation tools beyond the nonprofit packages, websites with multiple locations, and other custom online tools. Those are scoped on a call and quoted for the job.

One real example: a tool that takes notes from a sales call and turns them into a quote automatically. Private login areas where your clients see a dashboard, organized sections for their documents, and progress tracking. A membership management system with deposits, expenses, reports, and the ability to download everything to a spreadsheet. Larger websites with photo galleries, a blog, or more than one location.

Private client area

A private, password-protected space for your clients. They log in and see their own dashboard, organized sections for their documents, progress updates, helpful resources, and a way to send you questions without leaving the page. Only they can see it. The public cannot.

  • A home screen your clients see when they log in
  • Organized sections for different programs and documents
  • Progress tracking so clients can see where they stand
  • A place to share helpful files and resources
  • Built-in messaging so clients can ask questions without leaving
  • Private and password-protected (not visible to the public)

Private membership management

A private online tool for organizations that need to manage members, money, and day-to-day operations in one place. Only your team can access it. Not a public website.

  • Keep track of members, their roles, and how many are active
  • Record deposits and expenses, with running totals by month and year
  • See bank transactions, handle reimbursements, and track month-end tasks
  • Run reports with date filters and download them to a spreadsheet
  • Send announcements, manage events and fundraisers, and email all members at once
  • Store private documents, track leases, mileage, and meeting notes
  • Quick shortcuts: add a deposit, log an expense, add a member, schedule a meeting

How it works. No surprise bills in the middle.

  1. Talk with us.

A short call to understand what you need. Nothing to decide on the spot.

  2. Get a written quote.

Every item, what is included, any costs from outside companies, and whether a Care plan makes sense.

  3. Approve and we start building.

We send a clear agreement. Work starts when you say go.

  4. We build, you review, we go live.

You see a private preview. You tell us what to change. We put it live on your web address.

A simple site or refresh: about one to two weeks after you approve and send us your content. A fuller site: about two to three weeks. Bigger or custom work is confirmed when we send the quote.

Looking to build your own software instead?

TinyFirm also has a product for people who want to build software themselves using AI. It works inside a special coding app. Same company. Different service.

Straight answers

Can I buy from this page?
No. Request a quote first. We look at what you need and send you a clear proposal with prices. There is no way to buy directly from the website.
Is the website mine?
Yes. The website is always yours. If you use a Care plan, you can cancel anytime and take the site with you.
What do I pay besides TinyFirm?
Usually just your web address (the ".com" or ".net" you pick for your business, about $12 to $20 a year). If you want a professional email address (like you@yourbusiness.com), that costs about $7 to $14 per person each month through Google. If you accept credit card payments on your site, the payment company takes a small cut (2.9% plus 30 cents per sale). If you add online booking, the booking tool is free for one calendar; shared calendars for teams cost about $15 per person each month. We spell all of this out in the quote so there are no surprises.
How is this different from the TinyFirm subscription?
Web Services means we build and take care of the website or online tool for you, start to finish. The subscription is a separate product for people who want to build their own software using AI. Same company. Two different services.
Can you build something that is not on this list?
Yes. We build quoting tools, private login areas for your clients, membership management systems, and other custom online tools. Just tell us what you need and we will quote it.
Do you only build simple websites?
No. We build everything from simple business websites to online stores, booking and payment systems, private login areas, and membership management tools. The Work section above shows websites we have built for real businesses. Custom projects are quoted separately.
